Welcome to my Lamps page. Each lamp I make is very unique with Larch Root as the main piece, wood rocks (I carve wood to look like rocks then texture them) and various arrangements of Trout. Larch Roots (I find old Larch trees that have fallen over and cut the roots off) will grow around and embrace the rocks or roots they come in contact with, giving the bends and cups you see. It has very tight grain lines that twist and curve and lots of light and dark hues.
